Where is Server Industrial Park Arteaga and how big is it?

Server Industrial Park SLP opened in 2018 and is the group's industrial expansion into San Luis Potosí. It sits five kilometers from the BMW and General Motors plants, has a total area of 525 hectares and represented a 110 million dollar investment. To date it has delivered more than 100,000 m² of buildings, including those for Lear, VOSS and Valtic.

The San Luis Potosí operation lists three capabilities: turn-key projects, in-house design and engineering, and land sales and leasing. Design and engineering are done in-house, not subcontracted.

Alongside that sits Net Power, a group company in the same industrial parks line.

Why the Saltillo–Ramos Arizpe–Arteaga corridor?

Because it is the automotive corridor where Grupo Server has been operating for six decades, and where the Arteaga park sits. The group was founded in Saltillo in 1966 with Server Construcciones —land development, paving, bridges and industrial buildings— and today it is nine companies across four sectors, with offices in Saltillo on Blvd. Manuel Gómez Morín.

The other half of the answer is the supply chain. Triturados Gramol produces gravel, sand, ballast, base and asphalt mix at two plants, one in Coahuila and one in San Luis Potosí —precisely the two states where the parks are. Promotora Server has manufactured block, brick and pavers since 1982; Server Construcciones builds industrial buildings, develops land and paves; Urbanizadora Server enables land. These are in-house capabilities, in the same two states.

The corridor is backed by public figures. The Coahuila State Development Plan 2023-2029, 2025 update, defines the Southeast Region —Arteaga, General Cepeda, Parras, Ramos Arizpe and Saltillo— around the automotive, construction and energy industries, and counts 1,031,779 inhabitants in the Saltillo metropolitan area based on the 2020 Census. Industry has been there for decades: the General Motors complex in Ramos Arizpe started operations in 1981, and Stellantis has built engines in Ramos Arizpe since May 1981 and in Derramadero, Saltillo, since October 2010.

In that same southeast Coahuila corridor the group also develops residential communities, such as Lomas del Valle in Ramos Arizpe, which its own project page places at the heart of the area's industrial growth.
