Who writes
Blog articles are written and published by the Grupo Server editorial team. They carry no individual byline: authorship belongs to Grupo Server as an organization, and the structured data of each article declares it that way.
When an article has been technically or legally reviewed by an identified person, this will be stated next to the byline with their name and role.
Sources and data
Every figure, date, standard or historical fact we state points to a public, verifiable source, linked in the Sources section at the end of the article. When a fact has no verifiable source, it is attributed to whoever states it or it is not published.
We separate documented facts, technical interpretation and current official regulation. If two reliable sources differ, we say so instead of silently choosing one.
What this blog is and is not
The blog offers general information on construction, housing, materials, country lots and industrial parks in Coahuila and San Luis Potosí. It does not replace legal, tax, financial or engineering advice for a specific case: procedures, fees and standards change, and each article shows its publication date and the date of its last real update.
The blog belongs to Grupo Server. When a topic relates to one of the group's developments, companies or services, the article links to it and says so.
Dates, updates and corrections
An article's update date only changes when its content changes, not on every site release.
If you spot an error, write to us through the contact form with the title or address of the article. We review the report, correct the text and update the date.
Use of artificial intelligence tools
The editorial team uses artificial intelligence tools to support research, draft preparation and translation into English. All content is reviewed before publication and sources are checked one by one.
No article presents as Grupo Server's first-hand experience anything that is not: the group's own processes, projects and figures are published only once the responsible area has confirmed them.
Languages
Each article is published in Spanish and English with the same content, sources and publication date; the update date may differ when only one of the two versions is corrected. The Spanish version is the reference version.
