Privacy Notice

Preliminary version pending legal review.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish-language version of this notice is the legally binding one under Mexican law and prevails in case of any difference between the two versions.

Grupo Server, a construction group based in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we process when you visit gruposerver.com.mx, contact us, request a quote, or apply for a job opening, what we use it for, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights. It is drafted under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).

Who we are

Triturados Gramol, S.A. de C.V. (Grupo Server), with address at Blvd. Manuel Gómez Morín 4370, Residencial Las Misiones, 25209 Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under this notice. You can reach us at +52 844 288 1200 and +52 844 288 9200, or by email at gerente.ventas@tgramol.mx (general information and quotes) and recursoshumanos@tgramol.mx (job openings).

Triturados Gramol, S.A. de C.V. is part of the corporate group that operates under the trade name "Grupo Server", together with Server Construcciones y Estructuras, S.A. de C.V., Promotora Server, S.A. de C.V., Inmobiliaria Server de Coahuila, S.A. de C.V., Vermat, S.A. de C.V. and other companies of the same group. The "Who we share your data with" section explains under what conditions information may be shared among them.

What personal data we process

The data we collect depends on the channel you use:

  • Contact form: name, phone number (optional), email address, the message you write and, where applicable, the development, model or lot you are interested in and the type of project you asked about.
  • Material quote request form: name (required) and phone number or WhatsApp (required); the product, quantity and unit, dimensions when the product requires them (length, width, thickness), delivery location, desired date, and customer type. This form does not ask for an email address.
  • Job openings (/carreras): name, phone number (optional), email address, area of interest, city (Saltillo, Arteaga, or San Luis Potosí), the opening you choose or an open application, the message you write, and, optionally, a résumé file (PDF, DOC, or DOCX, maximum 10 MB).
  • Site browsing: we do not use our own cookies or analytics tools. We use the browser's `sessionStorage` only so you do not see the loading animation again during your visit; this data is deleted when you close the tab or browser and does not identify you as a person. The "Cookies, maps, and other technologies" section explains the specific case of the Google map.

We do not ask for financial, patrimonial, or legally "sensitive" data (see the next section) in any form.

Sensitive personal data

No form on gruposerver.com.mx asks for sensitive personal data: the law treats as sensitive, by way of example and not as a closed list, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, political opinions, or sexual orientation, and in general any data that affects your most intimate sphere or whose misuse could lead to discrimination or serious risk. The only channel where you could, by your own choice, include any of this data is the résumé file you attach in the job-openings section (for example, a photograph or a mention of your health status). The "Job openings and candidates" section explains how we handle that information if you choose to include it.

What we use your data for

Primary purposes (necessary to handle your request; they do not require a separate consent beyond the one you give when submitting the form):

  • Contact form: responding to your message or information request.
  • Quote request form: preparing and sending you the quote you requested.
  • Job openings: evaluating your application for the opening you chose or, if you applied without a specific opening in mind, for openings that match your profile, and carrying out the related selection process.

Secondary purposes (not necessary to handle your original request; each one tells you whether it needs your separate agreement, and choosing not to give it does not affect the main process):

  • Job openings: keeping your information in a candidate pool to consider you for similar future openings, even if you are not hired this time. The application form has a separate checkbox, apart from the one that accepts the selection process, for you to opt in if you want this; if you leave it unchecked, we will not consider you for future openings. You may opt in or withdraw later, at any time, by writing to recursoshumanos@tgramol.mx, without affecting your current application.
  • Contact form and quote request form: we have no secondary purposes for this data. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting, and we do not share it for commercial purposes.

Your consent

By using the contact form or the quote request form and checking the corresponding box, you consent to our processing your data for the primary purpose described above; that consent may be tacit for data that does not require an express form. The job-openings form has two separate checkboxes: one, required to submit your application, gives your express consent to the recruitment process and to any sensitive data you choose to include in your message or résumé, for that process only; the other, optional and unchecked by default, lets you expressly agree to being considered for future openings — if you leave it unchecked, we will not do so. If you include any patrimonial data (for example, a salary expectation) in your message or résumé, the additional rules in the "Job openings and candidates" section also apply. You may withdraw your consent at any time; see "Your ARCO rights and how to withdraw your consent."

Who we share your data with

  • Among companies of the same group: if the opening, development, or matter you are interested in belongs to a different company within the group (see "Who we are"), we may share your information with that company to continue assisting you, without asking for your additional consent, as long as that company is under the same corporate group and operates under the same internal processes and data-protection policies described in this notice. If any company does not meet that condition, we will ask for your consent before sharing your information with it.
  • With authorities: only when required by law, a court order, or a request from a competent authority.
  • With any other third party outside these two cases: only with your express authorization.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Providers that process data on our behalf

Our site and the databases where the information you send us is stored are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), in the United States. AWS and, where applicable, other technology providers process your data only under our instructions, to provide us with hosting and storage services, and are bound to keep it confidential and protect it with adequate security measures; they may not use it for their own purposes. This means your data is stored outside Mexico, on servers located in the United States.

How long we keep your data

  • Résumé file (the document you attach): up to 2 years from receipt, after which it is automatically deleted from the system where it is stored. This automatic rule applies whether or not you opt into the candidate pool described in "Job openings and candidates"; if you did not opt into the candidate pool and want your file deleted sooner, ask us at recursoshumanos@tgramol.mx and we will delete it.
  • Your application record (name, contact details, area, city, opening, and message): for the duration of the selection process for the opening you applied to and, only if you opted into the candidate pool, for as long as that purpose remains in force; you may request its deletion at any time (see "Your ARCO rights").
  • Contact and quote request data: for as long as necessary to handle your request and follow up on it; you may request its deletion at any time (see "Your ARCO rights").

In all cases, we keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it, unless a legal provision requires a different period.

Your ARCO rights and how to withdraw your consent

Under Mexican law you have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it if it is inaccurate or outdated, request its Cancellation when you believe we no longer need it, and Oppose a specific processing activity (together, "ARCO rights"). You may also withdraw your consent at any time, with no retroactive effect.

To exercise any of these rights or to withdraw your consent, write to us at gerente.ventas@tgramol.mx (or recursoshumanos@tgramol.mx if it concerns your job application) with:

1. Your name and a way to respond to you (email or phone). 2. A copy of an official ID, yours or your legal representative's, as applicable. 3. A clear description of the personal data and the right you wish to exercise. 4. Any document that helps us locate your information (for example, the date you wrote to us or the opening you applied to).

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from when we receive your request and, if your request is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days. Both periods may be extended once, for an equal period, if the circumstances justify it. If you exercise your right of access, we will deliver the information as an electronic copy to the email address you give us, unless you request a different means. Exercising your ARCO rights is free; we may only charge you for reproduction or shipping costs if you request physical copies.

How to limit the use of your data

In addition to your ARCO rights, at any time you may ask us, free of charge:

  • Not to keep your résumé in the candidate pool for future openings.
  • To stop contacting you for any purpose other than the matter you originally raised.

You can do this by writing to recursoshumanos@tgramol.mx (job openings) or gerente.ventas@tgramol.mx (contact and quotes).

Cookies, maps, and other technologies

Gruposerver.com.mx does not use its own cookies or third-party analytics tools. It uses the browser's `sessionStorage` only so you do not see the loading animation again during your visit; this data does not identify you and is deleted when you close your browser.

The pages of our housing developments and of the group's plants and companies may include a map that loads images directly from Google's servers (Google Maps); the interactive lot plans of Las Misiones also use Google satellite imagery as a base layer. When you view those pages, your IP address is communicated to Google under Google's own privacy policy, which is separate from this notice. If you prefer to avoid this, you can avoid opening those pages or use your browser's third-party content-blocking tools.

The site also links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the Ex Hacienda Amargos website. Once you leave gruposerver.com.mx for any of these services, that service's own privacy notice applies, not this one.

Data protection authority

If you believe we did not properly handle your ARCO request or your request to withdraw consent, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), the authority that currently oversees compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Changes to this notice

We may update this privacy notice — for example, if our purposes, the data we collect, or how we process it change. We will publish any changes at gruposerver.com.mx/privacidad with a new "last updated" date. If a change significantly affects what we use your data for and requires your renewed consent, we will let you know directly (for example, by email) before it takes effect.

Job openings and candidates

This section supplements the ones above for people applying through /carreras.

What we collect: name, phone number (optional), email address, area of interest, city (Saltillo, Arteaga, or San Luis Potosí), the opening you chose or an open application, your message, and, if you choose to attach it, a résumé file (PDF, DOC, or DOCX, maximum 10 MB).

Published selection process: application, review by Human Resources, interview, and, where applicable, hiring.

Alternative channels: you may also send us your application or résumé by WhatsApp or by email to recursoshumanos@tgramol.mx; your data is processed for the same purposes described in this notice, regardless of the channel you use; through those same channels you may ask us at any time to delete your information.

How we store your résumé: the file you attach on the site is uploaded directly to a private, encrypted cloud storage space (Amazon S3) with no public access. Human Resources consults it from our internal system (CRM). It is kept for up to 2 years from receipt and then automatically deleted.

Sensitive data in your résumé: we do not ask for a photograph, health information, religion, political opinions, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, or any other sensitive data, and we ask you not to include them in the file you attach, because the selection process does not require them — this includes not including a photograph, because it can reveal your racial or ethnic origin. Data such as your marital status, CURP, RFC, or Social Security number are not on the list of examples of sensitive data given by the law, but we still handle them carefully and only for this process. If you nonetheless choose to voluntarily include a photograph, sensitive data, or a salary expectation, by checking the main consent box on the form you expressly authorize us to process that data solely for this recruitment process. If we were ever to need a specific sensitive data point from you (for example, for a reasonable accommodation related to a disability), we will ask you for it separately, expressly.

Candidate pool: if you check the optional box on the application form and you are not selected, we may keep your information to consider you for similar future openings. If you do not check that box, we will not. You can opt in or withdraw later, at any time, by writing to recursoshumanos@tgramol.mx.

Non-discrimination: under Mexico's Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo), Grupo Server does not require pregnancy-test certificates as a condition of employment, and does not deny employment based on ethnic or national origin, gender, age, disability, social condition, health, religion, opinions, sexual orientation, marital status, or any other discriminatory criterion.
