A question
What does it take to turn a place into a future we can share? We ask ourselves that question as we look at a street, a door, and a window. Because building also means thinking about those who will arrive later and find their place here.
From Saltillo
From Saltillo, Mexico, we see our surroundings as a landscape where many lives can meet. We imagine a family's journey, from the sidewalk to a door that opens. That is where we place our vision: building places where shared life can take shape.
1966 · The beginning
In nineteen sixty-six, Server Construcciones is founded in Saltillo. We begin with general construction and structures, paying attention to what supports each space. Each new line opens a path, and that path invites us to keep learning.
1982 · Piece by piece
In nineteen eighty-two, Promotora Server begins manufacturing concrete blocks, bricks, and paving stones. We see each piece as part of something larger: a space where a community can come together. An idea begins to have weight, shape, and a place upon the ground.
1998 · A door
In nineteen ninety-eight, Inmobiliaria Server de Coahuila, our housing division, is established. We think of a table set for dinner, a backpack, and the joy of returning. A house finds its meaning when someone crosses its threshold and begins to call it home.
2001 · What builders need
In two thousand one, Vermat is founded to distribute building materials and hardware. Behind every project are small decisions: the right tool, a part, a delivery. Bringing builders what they need is also a way to help ideas move forward.
2002 · Laying out paths
In two thousand two, Urbanizadora Server brings land preparation and urban development into our work. Before houses and buildings, the ground that will receive them must be prepared. Laying out a street begins to connect people, journeys, and opportunities to meet.
2003 · From the ground up
In two thousand three, Agregados Gramol has two plants for gravel, sand, and base material. We return to the beginning: the materials that support everything that will follow. Because the future of a building also begins with what lies beneath it.
2014 · A different scale
In two thousand fourteen, Server Industrial Park opens in Arteaga, Coahuila, beginning a new scale. The landscape changes with spaces for industry, where everyday life also unfolds. Each workday connects the activity inside a warehouse with the families waiting outside.
2018 · The map continues
In two thousand eighteen, our journey reaches the second industrial park, in San Luis Potosí. The map reveals a different landscape, while we keep asking what we can build together. We think of different communities, with their own rhythms, encounters, and ways of looking ahead.
2026 · Sixty years
In two thousand twenty-six, we are nine companies across four sectors, sixty years after that beginning. Since nineteen sixty-six, our journey has brought together chapters of a shared story. We look ahead, thinking about the people who will give meaning to what comes next.
What comes next
What will the next generation want to build when it finds its place in this shared landscape? We leave the question open, because the future also needs room for other voices. Grupo Server. Since nineteen sixty-six, building what comes next.
