Who we are

## A Saltillo construction group, since 1966.

Grupo Server is a Mexican construction group based in Saltillo, Coahuila. It brings together nine companies that cover the full construction chain: civil works and building, housing and land development, materials and concrete products, aggregates, and industrial parks in Coahuila and San Luis Potosí.

In six decades we have developed more than 47 residential communities and more than 1,000 hectares of industrial parks, home to more than 25 international companies. Today we sell move-in-ready homes in Las Misiones (Saltillo) and Lomas del Valle (Ramos Arizpe), residential and country lots, and industrial land at Server Industrial Park Arteaga and San Luis Potosí.

Every line of the group is coordinated from Saltillo: Server Construcciones, Promotora Server, Server Vivienda, Vermat, Urbanizadora Server, Triturados Gramol, Server Industrial Park, Server Industrial Park SLP and Net Power.

The group's history is that of its value chain: Server Construcciones was founded in 1966; in 1982 Promotora Server began manufacturing concrete block, brick and pavers; in 1998 the housing division was established; in 2001 Vermat opened materials distribution; in 2002 and 2003 came Urbanizadora Server and Gramol aggregates; in 2014 Server Industrial Park opened in Arteaga with 500 hectares, and in 2018 the second park in San Luis Potosí, with 525 hectares next to the BMW–GM cluster.
